BOOKING & CANCELLATION CONDITIONS Clients must be aware that cancellation fees apply. Cancellations prior to 14 days of arrival will incur a $20.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation within 14 days of arrival will incur a loss of deposit paid. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival will incur a fee of 100% of monies paid.
